Description
Large-diameter tungsten carbide wheel (easy to replace) with special double sharpening (MONTOLIT special feature), facilitates tile engraving whatever the characteristics. Inside the die-cast structure made of a special aluminium alloy is a protected compartment capable of containing a cutting wheel complete with a pin that can be used as a spare part, thus giving the operator the possibility of always having the necessary equipment to handle any type of machining operation without any problems. A special shock- and scratch-resistant material, which accompanies the contact points of the scoring tool, prevents indelible scratching or soiling of delicate and/or light-coloured tile surfaces, and a special contrast knife made of hardened steel, with a high degree of hardness, guarantees robustness and reliability of the machine even in the case of heavy use. The tile rests on special galvanised and sprung plates with drainage at the breaking point for the exit of any debris. Special non-slip support feet provide the necessary stability for the machine during the cutting operation.
