Shipping policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout. 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Tool Republic will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun.

Please expect 2-3 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA, and 7-9 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays.

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

Tool Republic is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Tool Republic is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.
